Carbohydrate Counting

Imagine that your doctor has prescribed carbohydrate counting as the way to manage your diabetes. He advises that you eat 4 carbohydrates at breakfast (60 grams), 4 carbohydrates at lunch (60 grams), and 4 carbohydrates at dinner (60 grams). From the food list below, choose the foods that would meet these recommendations and drag them into the breakfast, lunch and dinner columns respectively.
