Chicken Finger Manicotti


1 package manicotti shells (14 shells)
1 jar (30-ounce) spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
24 ounces (1½ pounds) chicken tenders
1½ cups light shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Cook manicotti shells according to directions.
  2. Heat oven to 350º.
  3. Spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder on chicken. Put chicken tender into manicotti shell. Place stuffed shells in baking pan.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover baking pan with foil. Bake for 1 hour.
