Baked Steak Fries


3 medium large potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
non-stick cooking spray


  1. Preheat the oven to 425º. Wash and slice each potato into 8 wedges. Spray wedges with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic bag. Add wedges and gently shake to coat.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
