Gingerbread Snack Cake
Ingredients:
Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
    2. Combine flour baking powder and soda, and spices in medium bowl.
    3. Combine water, sugar, molasses and applesauce in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing well.
    4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 9 squares.
