Pineapple Whipped Salad
    1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    2. Drain pineapple, reserving ½ cup. Add this ½ cup of pineapple juice to gelatin.
    3. Chill until very thick.
    4. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping. Chill until firm.
