Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
    2. Cut any large florets in halves or thirds. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil. May add pepper, curry powder, or other seasoning to taste.
    4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
