Whipped Black Beans
  1. Put the beans in a pot with the pork and the onion. Cook until beans are smooth and creamy.
  2. Let them cool a little, stir to make a liquid and return them to the pot.
  3. In a separate saucepan, fry the bacon and the garlic.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and oregano.
  5. When everything has been browned in the saucepan, pour the beans in the saucepan and boil for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the evaporated milk and stir.
