- Spray a muffin tin mold with nonstick cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the middle and pour in the buttermilk and oil. Mix quickly with a rubber scraper until flour disappears, folding dough with a kneading motion.
- Shape into a round ball.
- Shape 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball and place in a muffin tin. Repeat until all dough is used.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
