Pasta Salad
  1. Combine the evaporated milk, olive oil, feta, cilantro, lime juice, and some salt and pepper in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Add the ham, bell peppers, peas, and red onion to the drained pasta. Pour the dressing over the pasta and gently mix it into the salad.
