Banana Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. Place the cream cheese, brown sugar, milk, and cinnamon in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Slice half the bananas into ungreased 1-quart casserole. Dot with margarine; spread with half the cheese mixture. Slice remaining bananas into casserole; spread with remaining cheese mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered in 325°F oven until hot and bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes.
