Lime Pie
  1. Beat eggs whites in large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  2. In small bowl beat egg yolks; add milk and lime juice. Add sugar, flour and salt; beat until smooth.
  3. Fold lime mixture into egg whites. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown (surface may crack).
  5. Garnish with fat-free whipped topping and twisted lime slices.
