Peach Mango Salsa
1 peach, peeled and chopped
1 mango, peeled and chopped
¼ cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon seeded and minced jalapeno chile, optional
1 tablespoon lime juice
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and toss.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours, or serve right away.
