Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pear
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 3 cinnamon stick
  • 8 cups water

Directions:

  1. Place the fruit and cinnamon in a large pot.
  2. Heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Serve in a mug.
