Chili Powder Quesadilla

  • 1 10-inch low fat flour tortilla (2.5 gm fat per tortilla or less)
  • 1/4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
  • Chili powder


  1. Spread cheese over 1/2 of tortilla
  2. Sprinkle with chili powder to taste
  3. Fold in half
  4. Sprinkle chili powder on top, if desired
  5. Microwave for 30 seconds
  6. Cut in fourths
