The Licorice plant is used for its silvery-white foliage. Other cultivars within the species offer gold foliage and variegated green and white or green and yellow foliage. Plant habit ranges from a compact mound (8-15 inches tall) to vigorous trailers that spread 24-36 inches. Plants prefer full sun and can tolerate dry conditions. Licorice plant is a tender annual.
