Cereal and milk
Food Groups: 2 servings of grain, 1 serving of fruit, 1 serving of dairy
Easy Soup & crackers
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans green beans
2 cans chili beans
1 package of taco seasoning
1 box crackers
1. Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker or mix and heat in microwave or stovetop.
2. Serve with crackers.

Pineapple with mandarin oranges
Chicken Mac ‘n Cheese
1 box macaroni and cheese mix
¼ cup evaporated milk
1 can of canned chicken
1 can of peas (or canned carrots)
1. Cook pasta in water until tender.
2. Drain and add milk and contents of sauce packet.
3. Mix well and add chicken and peas (or carrots)
