When it comes to the body, water is the beverage of choice. Just like peanuts make up peanut butter, water is the main ingredient in all the fluids that make up your body. This cool drink will help your family get more water, and it's sure to be a hit with the grandchildren.

Cool Sipper - 2 servings Ingredients
  • 1 tray crushed ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
Directions
  1. In a blender, whip the ingredients for one to two minutes. You can also substitute crushed pineapple, fresh strawberries, or blueberries for the banana.
