Parmesan Rice with Cilantro

Parmesan Rice with Cilantro


  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • Directions

    1. Cook rice with water according to package directions.
    2. Stir in cheese and cilantro.
    3. Total Time: 20 minutes
