Herbed Mayonnaise

Herbed Mayonnaise


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup watercress leaves, rinsed and blotted dry
  • ¼ cup chopped Italian or curly parsley
  • ¼ cup snipped lemon balm


  1. Combine all of the above and add to a food processor or place in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, but don’t overdo it.

Makes about 1 cup.
