Parsley Butter

Parsley Butter


  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice


  1. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Use on potatoes, pasta, meat, fish, chicken, bread or vegetable.
