Rosa 'Winnepeg Parks'

Compact shrub rose with dark green foliage that turns reddish in the fall. Deep pink flowrs are semi double (petal count 15-22) 2-3 inches in diameter. Has a mild tea fragrance and red hips in the fall. A Parkland series rose.
