Stressful Situations

Although the right level of stress may help with your motivational level (like when studying for tests), there are situations that may cause extreme stress. Feeling intense pressure for a long period of time may cause you to break down. Some examples include:

  • Being bullied
  • Family conflicts
  • Breaking up with your boyfriend/girlfriend
  • Death
  • Traumatic events like a car accident, or natural disaster

It can help to talk about worries and problems. There are many people to talk to, whether asking for help to solve these problems or just needing someone to talk to. Talking to friends, parents, counselors, or even your dog can help.

What stresses you? Select as many as you want.
