Stress Overload Symptoms

How can you tell if you have high levels of stress? There are certain signs that may occur:

  • You have panic attacks or often feel anxious.
  • You find yourself irritable or sad most of the time.
  • You have physical symptoms of stress, such as trouble sleeping, upset stomach, headaches.
  • You feel like you might burst or scream.
  • You feel trapped or like you have no choices.

It is important to realize everyone experiences stress differently. Some may become angry and take it out on their friends and family. Others may vent their frustrations through eating.
