How to Take Charge Over Stress Eating

To find out if you are eating due to stress, write down what you are eating, what you're feeling, and how hungry you are. This may help you realize that when you are “not hungry at all," or "feeling upset," it means you may be eating due to stress. With this activity, you may start to recognize your behavior patterns and find better ways to deal with stress without reaching for the chips.
