Tasty Tofu Etc.

1 pkg firm tofu
½ lb snow peas
1 lb bean sprouts
1 large portabella mushroom
1 slice onion
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Tamari sauce
½ English muffin

Sauté thinly sliced tofu, mushrooms, and onions in Pam.  Gradually add snow peas, sprouts, and egg.  Salt lightly and add tamari sauce to taste.  Stir and fry 10 minutes.  Pour ingredients over toasted English muffin.
