Spanakopita (Spinach Pie)

One 2.5-lb bag fresh, pre-washed spinach
1 lb feta cheese
1 lb cream cheese
½ c Parmesan cheese
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
6 eggs
1 lb butter, melted
1 lb philo dough

Chop spinach.  Crumble feta and mix with other cheeses and eggs.  Blend until combined.  Add spinach, onions, and dill.
Layer 10 sheets of philo on bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan, buttering between each sheet.  (Using a pastry brush with the melted butter is easiest.)

Spread spinach filling on top of last layer of philo.  Top with remaining 10 sheets of philo, buttering between each sheet.
Score top into desired portion size.

Bake at 350oF for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is cooked.  Let sit at least 30 minutes before cutting
