Crust-less Quiche

¼ lb butter
½ Cup flour
6 Large eggs
1 Cup milk
1# Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 Cup cottage cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Melt butter in small saucepan, add flour and cook until smooth. Beat eggs, add milk, cheeses, baking powder, salt, sugar and butter0flour mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 x 2 in. pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool, cut and serve. Serves 6-8.
