Choco-Nana Milk Blast

1 Cup Lowfat chocolate milk
1 ripe medium banana
1 Cup Chocolate Lowfat frozen yogurt
1 Tbs Chocolate syrup
White or multi-colored sprinkles (optional)

Peel banana, break into chunks and place in blender container. Add milk, yogurt and chocolate syrup. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
Serves 2

Variation: substitute coffee frozen yogurt for the chocolate frozen yogurt to jump start their calcium intake for the day.
