Deanna Roby-Vorgias is the County Director for DuPage, Kane and Kendall Counties. In this role, she is responsible for personnel, financial, program, and facilities management. She is also responsible for maintaining and building new relationships and partnerships with local communities, businesses and other organizations across the tri-county unit.

Roby-Vorgias has a master’s degree in Education -Human Resource Development from University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications -Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Previously, she served as a 4-H Youth Development Educator with U of I Extension in DuPage, Kane and Kendall Counties. She has been employed with University of Illinois Extension since 1993.

Roby-Vorgias is a certified Real Colors facilitator. In 2019-20, she completed the Human Resources Certificate series with University of Illinois. In 2018, she earned the state Mentoring Extension Excellence Award.Her professional affiliations include the Illinois Extension Professionals for Youth Education, where she has served in a number of leadership role. She recently joined Epsilon Sigma Phi.
