Toni Wright is the SNAP-Ed Educator for Unit 26. Her home office is the Williamson County Extesnion Office, but she works in all five counties of the unit. As the SNAP-Ed Educator, she offers evidenced-based nutrition educator and obesity prevention programs to support policy, system and environmental changes in community-based sites targeting limited resource families. Toni collaborates with a variety of local community agencies to support their efforts to improve nutrition an dphysical activity behaviors, as well as, create a healthier environment. A few programs she has held are; working with farmer's markets in accepting SNAP benefits, support local schools by being active on school wellness committees, providing professional development for teachers and food service staff and providing technical assistance on grant applications.

"I love collaborating with a variety of people and organizations to support their efforts in creating healthier environments - making the healthy choice the easier choice," says Toni.

In her spare time she loves to watch her boys play baseball, soccer and basketball.
