Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities.  A Matter of Balance is an award winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays December 3, 5, 12, 17, 19 and January 7, 9,and 14.   Each session is 2 hours long.  Light snacks and refreshments provided.  Must register by calling Sheila Greuel at 217-725-6081
