The YQCA is a new livestock quality assurance program that is replacing PQA which no longer exists. It also replaces the Quality Assurance & Ethics (QAEC) program for youth in the following species; dairy cattle, beef cattle, swine, sheep, and goats. All 4-H exhibitors of these animals will be required to certify in the YQCA program yearly starting for the 2020 show season.

This face to face class will be held on December 7, 2019 at the Effingham Extension Office, 1209 N. Wenthe Dr., Effingham, IL 62401.

Registration begins at 9:30 AM and the program will begin at 10 AM.
