Growing and Using Herbs - Jan. 16 @ 6:30 pm

Herbs are a healthy way to introduce new flavors into your diet, new fragrances into your home and add texture to your garden. This class will discuss growing, collecting and preserving techniques for all kinds of herbs and offer suggestions for using herbs in cooking. This is one of our most popular, highly attended programs. Led by Master Gardener Leslie LeResche. Cost: $10 per session. Online registration required.

Other upcoming sessions for "Think Spring! with the Kane County Master Gardeners" include: Landscaping for Dogs - Jan. 30, Native Pollinators - Feb. 4, Sustainable Gardening - Feb. 18, and Prepping for Spring - March 19.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in this program, please contact the Extension Office at (630) 584-6166. Early requests are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for meeting your access needs.
