Celebrate Heart Health Month learning about preparing heartwarming soups with less sodium and fat, but plenty of flavors. This class will cover how to prepare soups in electric pressure cookers using both frozen and fresh vegetables, as well as soups with lean protein. The class will also discuss different types of soups, and additional ways to lower blood pressure through the diet. 

This class will also feature three different types of electric pressure cookers and participants will get the opportunity to work hands-on in preparing the soups in the cookers to taste test. Space is limited so please register soon!
