Winter Tree Identification will be on February 29, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Patriot's Park outside of Greenville. 

Learn how to identify trees without leaves. Participants will take short walks through different habitats, where they will learn to recognize winter characteristics of dormant trees. They will also have the opportunity to use a dicotomous Key (supplied) to key out dormant buds for tree Identification. Participants should dress for the weather.
