4-H clubs are invited to share with other 4-H groups and the public all they have learned about a country of their selection including Geography, People and Culture. Presentation could include dish to taste, music, entertainment, culture, costumes, and history.

5:30pm Set-up
6:00pm Welcome to clubs & Judging begins (closed to visitors in the judging area at this time)
7:00pm Opening Ceremony
American Pledge
4-H Pledge
Each club will carry a small flag of their country and say “Hello” and “Thank you” in the language of their country.
7:15pm Exhibits Open to the Public
Judges will collaborate at this time. May visit country exhibits to observe clubs presentation to the public
8:30pm Award Ceremony
State Fair and Alternate Sate Fair announced
3 Club Merits awarded
8:45pm Clean-up
Admission/Donation: 1 non-perishable item for the food pantry OR $1/person or $5/family
Food:
Only baked or packaged goods are acceptable Prepare sample size for 250-300 to sample A small trash container for disposing toothpick, napkins, cups, etc. would be fantastic to help with clean-up in your area!!!
Club judging:
Two or three teams of judges will be rotating around the room. You will receive your scheduled judging time at check-in. Please be sure to have the club members in place 5 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time.
