Nutrition, Wellness, and the Brain is a free 6-part series that is designed to educate about nutrition and brain health across the lifespan. Attend all six sessions, or simply drop in one the sessions that fit your schedule. In this session, we will be discussing nutrients that are known to impact prenatal brain development and addressing the positives of breastfeeding on the infant's brain.
