Do you like making and learning about food? Do you want to learn how to share your knowledge, skills, and love of cooking with others? During this
interactive workshop you will see a food demonstration, analyze a recipe, learn about the science of nutrition, and practice your own food demonstration.

Open to any youth age 8+; you do not need to be a 4-H member to attend.
About the teacher: Erin Zepp is a Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator who regularly gives food demonstrations in her job at Memorial Weight Loss and Wellness Center.
