Join Master Naturalist, Elizabeth Jeffery, and Horticlture Educator, Ryan Pankau, for a virtual tree walk covering tree species found in Hessel Park, Champagin, IL.  Elizabeth and Ryan will cover the basic indentification of native tree species within the park.  They will discuss winter ID, looking at buds, bark, fruits, branch habitat and other freatures available now.  This discussion will also cover summer ID using leaves as well as additional general ID tips for other native Illinois trees.
