June 19, 2020 Letter mailed to 4-H families - This letter, along with the Virtual Show Upload Requirements & Tip Sheet, was mailed to each 4-H'ers home.

Virtual Show Upload Requirements & Tip Sheet - Helpful overview of how a virtual fair works and specific requirements by project area. Use this in conjunction with the 4-H Original Handbook requirements.

Family Instructions to Enroll in Exhibits - This is very similar to how you would make your entry in past years in FairEntry, except at the end you upload your project instead of bringing it to the show. We highly recommend you have your project completed BEFORE beginning the submission process.

Project Report Form - Required for most projects.

Cloverbud Project Report Form - Required for Cloverbud projects. NEW!! All Cloverbuds will need to submit their entries through fairentry.com.

2020 4-H Exhibit Card - Print, fill out and include in your photos.

Horse Video Tips - Tips for video recording horse halter classes.

QAEC - Training is due by July 8.  4-H'ers who exhibit horses, rabbits, poultry, dogs, and cats must complete Quality Assurance and Ethics Training once in their 4-H career. Training is required to show at the fair.  You must complete this on a desktop or laptop computer; not a tablet or cellphone.

YQCA - Training must be completed by July 8. All 4-H exhibitors of beef, swine, sheep, and goats are required to be certified. Registration and payment must be done online.
