All Peoria County 4-H Clubs are invited to create a Virtual 4-H Spirit Display for our virtual 4-H Fair. The goals of the display are to:

• • Promote 4-H
• • Opportunity for club members to work together on a creative project.
• • Promote your 4-H club

Display Guidelines:

• • Include club name as part of display.
• • Virtual display can be a flyer your club members create to show their 4-H Spirit, a video, a collection of photos of something your members did to showcase their 4-H Spirit (for example: if you paint a bunch of green 4-H flamingos and put them all over town - take pictures of it and upload the pictures) etc.. The possibilities are limitless.
• • Upload your photos or videos, etc. to our Unit’s google album at: https://go.illinois.edu/Peoria4-HSpirit by Friday, July 24. Please include a description or watermark to your photos, etc. when you upload or send to Cathy and she will add. Don’t forget to include club name somewhere in your display.
• • Make sure there is a photo/video release form on file at the Extension office for anyone included in a video or photo. Ask members prior to taking a photo, etc. if it is ok if they are included in the photo or video. The Spirit Displays will be featured on the Peoria 4-H Facebook Page for public viewing.
• • Judging - will take place on Monday, July 29 and the winner will be announced shortly after.
• • 2020 Theme – “In 4-H, you can……….”
• • Judges are looking for Creativity, Use of Theme and Club Name in display.
• • Be creative and have fun with your display!
• • Award- In addition to the “4-H Spirit” Award Stick Federation is giving a $50 cash award to the 1st place club virtual display and a $25 cash award to the 2nd place club virtual display.
