Join us for this four-part series designed to help you manage diabetes, taught by Mary Liz Wright, Nutrition and Wellness Educator.  

LEARN ABOUT:

  • Diabetes and its complications
  • Planning meals and eating out
  • Reading food labels
  • Portioning foods
  • Risks for other health problems
  • Preparing for your doctor's visits
  • Receive and sample recipes

PROGRAM INFORMATION:

  • November 10: 5-8 PM in-person
  • November 17: 5-8 PM in-person
  • November 24: 5-8 PM in-person
  • **December 1: 5-7 PM online only due to LTC being closed**
  • Location - Lincoln Trail College Library, Robinson, IL
  • Cost - $10 per person or $15 per couple

REGISTRATION:

  • The deadline to register is November 9, 2020

Social distancing will be practiced during all sessions. Face coverings are required for participants, staff and volunteers. Please do not participate in this event if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19.
