Spring Break Samplers - Sewing

This in-person workshop will teach youth to handsew beads and sequins to stylize or upcycle a T-shirt. Participants may choose to accent one of their already designed shirts (like this example) or create their own design on a plain shirt.

April 1 | 10:30-11:30 a.m.

Led by 4-H Staff | Kendall County Extension Office | 7775B IL Route 47, Yorkville, IL 60560

Ages 10-18 | $10 per youth | Bring your own shirt to bead or sequin. All other supplies provided, including beads, sequins, beading needles, and thread.

Participants may not complete their entire project during the workshop time, but can bring home their leftover supplies.

Registration required. Space is limited. Safety protocols, including face masks and physical distancing, will be required for this in-person event.
