You’ve been diagnosed with diabetes. What do you do next? What’s the new norm? Do you really have to say goodbye to sweets?

In our series kick-off, we will dive into what it really means to have diabetes, what is going on in your body, and the steps you need to take next. This session will set you up for success by helping make realistic personal goals related to what you eat and being more active with diabetes in mind. Let Illinois Extension help you feel more confident and prepared in managing diabetes!
