University of Illinois Extension will hold a web-based Certified Food Protection Manager, May 10, 11 and 12, from 9 a.m. to noon. This online course will be held over a period of three days, with the exam given in-person on the fourth day, May 13, 9 a.m. to noon. Participants must be present for all three days to be eligible to take the exam. This course will be taught using Zoom, and participants will need a web-camera.

On Thursday, May 13,  9 a.m. to noon, participants will take the exam in-person at Highland Community College Student Conference Center, 2998 West Pearl City Road, Freeport, IL, building H, room 201A, Use parking lot A. 

There is a $100 program fee to cover this educational session. This fee covers the purchase of the book, educational materials, and examination. Preregistration is required due to limited space.
