Let's make jam that we can eat all year round! Join University of Illinois Extension for a youth-centered hands-on workshop on how to make strawberry jam using pectin and safely preserving it through water bath canning. This class is great for kids new to canning or just looking for a refresher!
Each participant will take home a jar of homemade strawberry jam and receive other recipes.
Youth going into 4th grade through 12th are welcome to come and learn and practice canning!
