Carroll County Master Gardener Nancy Gmitro and the Mt. Carroll Library are hosting an herbal tea party on September 23 at 5:30 PM. Come learn about what plants to grow to enjoy your own herbal teas at home and make an herbal tea bag. Bring a treat of your own to share with a group of 12 at our garden tea party.
