Learning by doing is the best way to learn food preparation skills.
Young people will learn important life skills that they will use as they grow and become independent, responsible adults. When youth finish the six-week cooking workshops, they will have a good foundation for preparing many of your family’s favorite dishes and snacks.

During this program, held via ZOOM on six consecutive Sundays at 2 pm, youth will participate in food science experiments, prepare 6 different recipes, and complete learning activities as part of the project workshops.

The youth and their families will be responsible for gathering the ingredients and equipment prior to the start of each workshop. A list of what will be needed will be sent out after the registration closes and weekly reminders.

The sessions will be held via ZOOM on the following Sundays at 2 pm.(You can register for any ones you choose. The cost is $2/session or all 6/$10)
