Join Diane Reinhold, University of Illinois Extension, Nutrition and Wellness Educator, to explore the Mediterranean Eating Plan. We will look at the common foods included in the eating plan, compare the eating plan to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and discuss its health benefits.

In person event: Thursday, July 21, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM, at the Stephenson County Farm Bureau, 210 W Spring St, Freeport.
