Join University of Illinois Extension to learn how to safely preserve at home so you can enjoy your garden’s harvest all year long.

Thursday classes cover water-bath and pressure canning. Saturday classes cover dehydration, freezing, and fermentation.  Participants do not need to attend both sessions.

$10 per class or
$15 if signing up for two classes
